Baahubali 2 is third biggest grosser in this week's U.S. box office

The Prabhas-Anushka Shetty-starrer bagged approximately Rs 36 crore on its Monday business at domestic ticket windows.

This film is unstoppable at the box office.

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion collection on day 4: Baahubali 2 has been breaking all sorts of records ever since its worldwide release on April 28. And going by the way the film is minting money and winning hearts, it wouldn't be long when it would cross the lifetime record of Aamir Khan's PK which stands at Rs 769 crores.

Down south, the response has been tremendous. "Its all set to create history with the film earning Rs 230-240 crore over the weekend", exhibitor Akshay Rathi had told PTI. The film collected 175 crores in its opening weekend in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions in India.

Trinath, another trade analyst, said there's no stopping the film at the box office. Moreover, the film is busy making some new records too.

Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Did you ever imagine an Indian film would collect?"

In Kerala, the film is believed to have collected around Rs. 7 crore on Friday.

In the United States, the film was released via Great India Films, who said in a statement that the film has minted $10.49 million (Rs 68 crore). Baahunali 2 has become the highest-grossing film in India in just two days.

Experts had expected the film to mint almost Rs 70 crore on Friday nationwide. Adding to the statement, producer justified that Telugu version of the movie is going to release in more than 400 screens in the U.S. alone, Followed by Hindi (300 Screens) and Tamil (200 Screens).

In this current week, Baahubali 2 movie will do exceptionally well as most of theaters are pre-booked and can expect to cross more than 500 Cr figure in the current week. The tickets of the film were sold at a record high price of Rs 4000 in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, there is no official confirmation on these numbers.
