Moto C and C Plus budget lineup unveiled, starts at $97

While the picture isn't clear, it does confirm recent leaks, indicating that the phone will sport a glass design not unlike what's being adopted by other popular flagships. In a freaky rap video celebrating Motorola's 44 anniversary (it's hard to see the significance, yes) eagle-eyed watchers think they've spotted an image of the rear of the new handset. It cleared up the confusion by saying that the Moto Z and X ranges offer "different experiences" and that adding the Z range meant there was more choice for "tech-hungry consumers". While the specs for the 2016 versions were a tad behind where technology was at the time it seems there will be no such discrepancy this time around. The leak reveals that the Moto X 2017 will come with a 5.5-inch display along with "3-D Glass" accompanied with an impressive 4GB RAM and 64 GB of storage.

Now coming to "X" series phones, it is tagged as "Unlimited Perfection" and will come with 5.2-inch Full HD screen.

The Plus variant offers the services of an 8-megapixel main camera with LED flash, as well as a 2-megapixel self-portrait shooter.

As per the aforementioned leaked image, the company could also launch Moto G 5S and Moto G 5S Plus which would succeed the recently launched Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. He now uses a Motorola Moto X Pure Edition and (very rarely) a Nexus 7 (2013). Also, these dual-SIM smartphones run Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. The 3G variant comes powered by 32-bit MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, whereas the 4G variant of the Moto C includes a 64-bit MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz.

The good news is that the phone comes with a huge 4,000mAh battery, and there's a microSD card slot for expanding storage. The features like SmartCam feature and dual camera at the back are present in this smartphone.

The Moto G, E and C also make an appearance on the presentation photos.

The big deal however is the battery, which packs a massive capacity of 3800 mAh.

Over the weekend new leaks sprung regarding an upcoming Motorola smartphone that some had been referring to as the Moto X 2017, but now appears to be branded the Moto X4.
