Kylie Cosmetics Is Currently Worth a Staggering $420 Million

Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics has been buzzing since it first launched past year.

During that time, Kylie and Kris secured a partnership with Seed Beauty, a manufacturer based in Oxnard, California; they don't have any equity in her makeup company, WWD reports.

The business is reportedly on track to pull in $1 billion by 2022 - an astonishing number when compared to the history of its long-serving industry competitors. Inc. -owned Tom Ford Beauty was said to have reached revenues of $500 million after a decade, and the brand is considered to be one of the two fastest growing in Lauder's portfolio, along with Jo Malone. And the latest to enter the field is none other than Kylie Jenner and her Kylie Cosmetics- which is now gearing toward a billion-dollar success in a few years.

This is likely why Kylie hopes to set up her own stores, so customers can test and get a feel for products in the flesh.

According to People, the youngest Jenner "walked into the unexpected bash after attending her boyfriend Travis Scott's concert with Kendrick Lamar at the Staples Center in Los Angeles earlier in the evening...she entered the venue and immediately gave her boyfriend a hug".

The Kardashian girls have always been proud of their hourglass-shaped silhouette and at Kylie's anniversary, the girls gathered for a photo that blew their fans' minds.

"I think people were surprised that the brand was so successful, because it's something that Kylie created, but didn't really expect the whole business to be the ideal storm", Kris said.

All of her beauty experiments, from lip kits, to loose highlighters to eye shadow palettes sell out. Her cosmetics brand is taking off and showing no signs of slowing down, having already raked in more than $400 million in sales, according to the eldest Jenner in the family.

While we're sure momager Kris has had a hand in guiding her daughter's business venture, this is more than impressive. "That's why I kept pushing it back...[But] I'm up for it". She, along with her sister, has also featured as one of the most influential teens on Time magazine.

With that, Kylie Jenner explained that she needs to be on Instagram and on Snapchat keeping people entertained just to stay relevant to the public. The show has to end eventually, and I'm not going to leave until we're all done with it, but by 20 I want to have the whole of my cosmetics line out, because that's my primary focus.
