Blac Chyna And Rob Pictures: Kardashian & Kylie Jenner Sue Her For Assault

The lawsuit reads, "Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck". Rob and Chyna have other issues they need to figure out, but this is a good start.

The 12-page filing, which lists Kylie Jenner as a co-plaintiff, says Rob was able to escape, but Chyna chased him and repeatedly hit him in his head and face.

Kylie owns the home where the alleged incident happened.

The suit goes on to claim that Chyna's decision to pursue a relationship with Rob and later have a child with him was "nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family".

Chyna then trashed the home they were renting by destroying several items including a TV, a door and walls, totaling more than $100,000 in damages. Kardashian said in court documents obtained by the entertainment news site that Chyna had "consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol".

After finalizing their child custody agreement with an undisclosed settlement, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are headed back to court, and this time it's getting pretty serious. This was after she threw "a nearby chair at Rob's auto, causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob", claimed the comlaint. Judging by recent tweets from Lisa Bloom, Chyna's lawyer, they're ready for war. Network declined to offer the couple another season of their reality show Rob & Chyna due to their relationship being "beyond repair".

Chyna is also mother to four-year-old King Cairo, her son with rapper Tyga who dated Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner up until this past March.

The pair split in July 2017 after months of unrest between the two.

Kardashian and Chyna share a 10-month-old daughter, Dream. Rob and Chyna had also made up by December.

Chyna later won a temporary restraining order against Rob; in the order he was barred from any further cyberbullying of Chyna, including posting photos or videos of her, or making any personal comments about her.
