Donald Trump continued to taunt his former presidential rival in a Sunday morning tweet storm, retweeting an online meme that suggested a golf ball hit by the president made Hillary Clinton fall to the ground. Clinton's new memoir What Happened enumerates ways in which Trump's campaign allegedly allowed Russian Federation to meddle in the 2016 election, and has topped Amazon's bestseller list.

The White House nor a spokesperson for Hillary Clinton have given a statement about the Tweet.

While Kelly has not sought to stop Trump from tweeting, he has encouraged the President to allow him to vet the tweets before posting them - a request Trump has sometimes acquiesced to.

A spokesperson for Hillary Clinton declined to comment on the tweet. "Asked him how Rocket Man is doing", Trump tweeted, appearing to offer a new moniker for North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.

"Important meetings and calls scheduled for today", Trump tweeted. The session comes at a time when the United States is on the cusp of crucial foreign policy decisions: North Korea continues to provoke by firing missiles over Japan, and Mr. Trump plans to refine his overall strategy on Iran.

A senior Democrat, US Representative Adam Schiff, said the golf ball retweet did not make him question Trump's recent outreach to Democrats, but it was disturbing.

Some pointed out that while the retweet may have been motivated by little more than an attempt at humor and a reference to golf, one of the president's most frequent hobbies, but there's little comedy to be found in any suggestion of physical violence, especially against a female political opponent.

Trump has promised to rescind protections for those undocumented immigrants and said during the campaign they would have to be deported.
