Vikings coach doesn't think Bradford's injury is long-term

He was among Tampa Bay's final cuts this season, and the Buccaneers put him on injured reserve last season with a hip injury.

Coach Mike Zimmer said Monday Bradford twisted his knee during the Saints game, and Bradford said he realized Tuesday morning the pain was more noticeable than he'd expected.

9/17 (early) - The Minnesota Vikings are listing Sam Bradford as questionable to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2... "Everybody knows that you have to get off the field on third down". Vikings DE Everson Griffen registered two sacks last week, the ninth multi-sack game of his career.

No, you don't. But it's a great start for a team that finished 21st in total defense in 2015, coordinator Keith Butler's first season running that unit, and 12th past year.

Cook says he visited Tampa, but does not bear a grudge.

On a per-game basis those are comparable numbers, with the Vikings boasting a more talented receiving corps in 2017 than the Rams had in 2016 (Kenny Britt was their top receier with 68 catches for 1,0002 yards and five touchdowns).

They did make the Giants vaunted defense look silly, however, which makes them risky.

"I think we'll figure that out as we go, hopefully it'll continue to get better each day and we'll look back in a few days or whenever that time is and hopefully it's something we're not having to deal with again". If Bradford can't play, everybody's got to play better; the defense has got to play better, the offense has got to play better.

More often than not, Keenum's starts are somewhere in the middle, leaving it up to the rest of his team whether they come away with a victory.

Linebacker Bud Dupree found out Case Keenum was replacing Bradford later than most.

They took steps toward distancing themselves from that trend by winning at Cleveland and Cincinnati in the second half while rallying to capture the AFC North.

The Buccaneers boast a pair of game-breaking receivers in hulking Mike Evans (6 feet 5, 231 pounds) and speedy DeSean Jackson. Another division game awaits when the Steelers end the month by playing at Baltimore, which is 2-0 and tied for the division lead. The Steelers are 68-8 in those games.

The two have remained close since their one college season together. Sometimes after the game I'm upset. First and foremost, if we eliminate the penalties it's a closer game.

The Bucs are gearing up for their first road trip of the 2017 National Football League season as they finish their final preparations to take on the Vikings in Minnesota on Sunday. "I guess you could say it looked like that", said Elliott, who led the league in rushing previous year but carried nine times for a career-low eight yards in the loss.

And finally, to the last two missed tackles, we go to a similar play the Browns used in Week 1 to force a missed tackle from Haden.
