Taylor Swift Agonises Over A 'Gorgeous' Face In New Single

"Ocean blue eyes, looking in mine".

The language is alternately self-mockingly dramatic - "You ruin my life by not being mine" - and whimsically frisky: "I can't say anything to your face, because look at your face".

Taylor Swift announced via Instagram that she's dropping a new single at midnight E.T. tonight (3:00 p.m. AEST) called "Gorgeous".

Taylor Swift has released a new track: Gorgeous.

After lurking hard on Instagram trying to get them to notice her, she actually showed up at the home of one United Kingdom superfan earlier this week with a swag bag in hand, posing for pictures and doling out hugs. "She teased the releases of previous singles "Look What You Made Me Do" and ".Ready for It?" in the same manner in recent weeks.

The 27-year-old singer just dropped her song "Gorgeous" from the upcoming album Reputation and fans are theorizing that it's about her current boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

Later on, Swift belts out: "You make me so happy it turns back to sad/ There's nothing I hate more than what I can't have". One such fan has since taken to social media and had their assurance that Swift herself says the song is about Alwyn shared several times.

Is Taylor Swift, pictured performing during the DIRECTV NOW Super Saturday Night Concert in Houston on February 4, 2017, singing about Tim Hiddleston (not pictured) or Joe Alwyn (not pictured) on her new track, "Gorgeous?".
