The new OnePlus 5T variant is the most expensive model of OnePlus coinciding with the Star Wars: The Last Jedi - a much awaited eight chapter of the Star wars saga. With features such as a larger 18:9 aspect ratio screen, Face ID, and tweaks to the software, the OnePlus 5T is definitely among the better phones to buy in the Rs 30,000-40,000 category.

Well, hopefully these Star Wars wallpapers pulled from the special edition OnePlus 5T will cheer you up before you severely strain your neck in the name of not waiting another 24 hours...

You get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

While Brits, Europeans and our cousins across the pond are likely to miss out, OnePlus 5T owners can still add the force to their phone in one particular way. The handset has a white back and a black front, and is styled to look a bit like a stormtrooper. In fact, regular users (read non Star Wars fans) are better off getting the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of the OnePlus 5T which retails for just Rs 32,999 and performs nearly as blazingly fast. There is also that gorgeous red alert slider. Oh, and that wonderful Star Wars theme.

There is also a prominent red Star Wars logo at the back, towards the bottom. The company officially revealed the phone in India on December 2, but chose not to release details about its pricing or say whether or not it would be exclusive to the Indian subcontinent.

If you are a Star Wars fan, this will be worth your money.

Users can purchase the Star Wars edition OnePlus 5T between December 16 and December 17 in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

"The Star Wars OnePlus 5T is not going to be available everywhere".

The wallpapers span a wide variety of The Last Jedi-themed imagery, from silhouettes of Kylo Ren to full-res art of stormtroopers. This is ordinarily a dark theme that turns the background black with white text, but comes with special red accents for certain elements of the UI.
