Paul Sorvino threatens Harvey Weinstein: 'I will kill that motherf---er'

Paul Sorvino, the father of actress Mira Sorvino, has a bone to pick with Harvey Weinstein. I think he'll be lying on the floor, somehow. He later added, "He's going to go to jail. Oh, yeah. That son of a (expletive)", the former Law & Order cast member calmly told the cameraman as he loaded groceries into the trunk of his vehicle. "That son of a bitch, good for him if he goes, because if not, then he has to meet me, and I'll kill that motherf-ker". And I will kill the (expletive).

Part of Ali's Twitter thread included video of her 1996 Oscar speech, in which she paid homage to her father, saying, "When you give me this award you honor my father Paul Sorvino, who taught me everything I know about acting".

Mira Sorvino told The New Yorker in October that while promoting Mighty Aphrodite at the 1995 Toronto International Film Festival, Weinstein "started massaging my shoulders, which made me very uncomfortable, and then tried to get more physical, sort of chasing me around".

Filmmaker Peter Jackson recently claimed he had been advised by Weinstein not to work with Oscar victor Mira when he was casting Lord of the Rings. "This was probably in 1998", Jackson confessed. That motherfucker, of course, is Harvey Weinstein. Both directors insisted that they wanted to cast Sorvino but Weinstein shut them down.

Paul Sorvino said he didn't know about the blacklisting before his daughter and other actresses spoke out against Weinstein's predatory behavior previous year ― and was "furious" to find out. "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances".

"Mr. Weinstein has nothing but the utmost respect for Peter Jackson. Mr. Weinstein has begun counseling, has listened to the community and is pursuing a better path. Mr. Weinstein is hoping that, if he makes enough progress, he will be given a second chance". "There it is, confirmation that Harvey Weinstein derailed my career, something I suspected but was unsure", she tweeted on December 20.

'Amongst the many names raised, Fran and I expressed our enthusiasm for Ashley Judd and Mira Sorvino. "He'd be in a wheelchair". "My daughter is a wonderful person and a coruageous human being, and doesn't deserve to be treated this way by this pig".

Weeks later, Sorvino said Weinstein invited himself to her New York City apartment after midnight on the pretense of work.

"The law will get him".
