Prince William comes to terms with baldness, buzzes hair

William's new haircut is reportedly just step one for Middleton.

And now Prince William has made a decision to have a bit of a makeover - although his latest look has left the internet divided.

The Duke of Cambridge revealed a close-shaven style-military cut - during his visit to meet armed forces veterans working in the National Health Service.

The Duke, 35, has always been teased by his family for his receding hairline.

The Duke of Cambridge debuted quite a haircut on January 17 while visiting veterans at Evelina's children hospital in London.

Even Kate Middleton quipped about the duke's hair loss during their royal visit to Australia in 2014.

"The prince was interested in the alpaca, and as I showed it to them, the princess said he should put it on his head", farmer Lyn Crejan told reporters at the time.

Pointing to her husband's head, she said: "You need it more than me". However, there would not be much to joke about this time because he has shaved his hair.

"I think it suits him, I think he looks great with it".

Bookmakers William Hill are now offering odds of 6/4 that he will sport a completely shaved head for Prince Harry's wedding.

While Jamie Stevens, three times victor of British Men's Hairdresser of the Year, disagrees: "This is quite a harsh look for royalty, he could have gone a little shorter at the back and sides with more of a fade".

Meanwhile his brother Prince Harry certainly hasn't held himself back, and back in 2010, while speaking to a World War Two veteran in Barbados, he joked William "was already bald aged 12".

But like us, most people seem to fully supportive of William's super-short new 'do.
