Blue Ivy Playfully Bidding $19000 for Art Has Twitter Fainting

Blue Ivy Playfully Bidding $19000 for Art Has Twitter Fainting

On Saturday night, the daughter of the great two artist made several bids on art while sitting between her superstar parents at the Wearable Art Gala in Los Angeles.

As you may have heard by now, the other bidder was none other than JAY-Z and Beyoncé's daughter, 6 year-old Blue Ivy.

Then Blue Ivy Carter made a bid on a "piece of art composed of deconstructed law books from IN and medical books from California, created by artist Samuel Levi Jones", and this time, she made a successful bid by taking it home for $10,000, reported Vanity Fair. Blue Ivy, however didn't leave empty-handed, she bid and won a piece of art made up of deconstructed law books and medical books for $10,000.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama celebrated Bey's equity, justice, and fairness efforts in a video that played at the event. "You know Miss Tina told me all of this". Except, sadly for Blue, her father Jay-Z felt it was very much his business and shut the whole thing right down. When she is outbid, Blue makes a second bid for $25,000 before Jay-Z can be seen trying to lower her paddle and reign in her spending.

Put that note in the MoMa, and let's acknowledge Blue Ivy Carter as the art mogul the world needs in 2018.

"I'm going to teach you now little girl, you're not going to get everything you want!"

BTW, Beyoncé was honored for her humitarian work at the Gala, alongside her mother in-law Gloria Carter. "It's a privilege and a responsibility", she said.

The 36-year-old "Hello" singer and her daughter wore matching gold dresses when the duo appeared at the Alexandria Ballroom following the event hosted by the WACO Theater Center.
