Anne Hathaway shuts down body shamers on Instagram

"I wanted to set this to Queen's "Fat Bottomed Girls" but copyright said no". When Anne Hathaway shuts down body shamers by saying her weight is exclusively for a movie, she implies that every other woman should have an excuse for their weight as well. Many followers in the review was supported by Hathaway and wished success in work. She posted a video on Instagram where she was seen performing strength-training exercises, stretching and lifting weights with a bunch of trainers and mentioned that she will be gaining weight for an upcoming movie. "Power to you", one commenter wrote.

Another added: "You're attractive no matter what!"

Actress Anne Hathaway has quite the comeback for trolls who have criticized her weight.

The "Les Miserables" actress - who has two-year-old son Jonathan with husband Adam Shulman - previously spoke about fat shaming and the pressure there is on new mothers to lose the weight they gain during pregnancy. In that post, she also called out the "corny haters" for getting all up in her Oscar-winning business.

'To all the nominees, I hope you have a BLAST tonight doing all that #bestlife #oscars stuff. The Princess Diaries actress is following in Mia Thermopolis' footsteps, owning her looks and not caring what people think. In other words: future people about to comment that she's "let herself go" can piss right off. "How the world feels about me has nothing to do with me".
