How Manchester United Should Line Up Against Tottenham At Wembley

We had periods of winning matches and waiting for them to lose a couple of points.

"I want to carry on the good momentum because I was unbeaten at Wembley with Arsenal and I want to do it with Chelsea too". They were really strong.

The Lilywhites are heading into an FA Cup semi final on Saturday for their second successive season, with just Manchester United standing in their way for the chance to take on the challenge of a final for cup glory.

"If you want to play for Tottenham, come on". But I believe we can compete very well next season.

Former Premier League star and current pundit Robbie Savage has torn into Tottenham over their lack of silverware and dealt a damning blow to manager Mauricio Pochettino for his trophy record.

As well as both being desperate for silverware, United and Spurs have had a similar build-up to Saturday.

"If they do the same number of points it will be nearly impossible", Mourinho said at a news conference on Friday.

"It's an opportunity for people to come in and showcase what they can do".

Players naturally want to respond to criticism after a result and performance like that and we have already seen a reaction in United's win over Bournemouth on Wednesday.

"Whatever way you look at it though, Tottenham are the home team".

David de Gea, the PFA Goalkeeper of the year once more, will start in goal having captained Manchester United at Bournemouth.

The support will be split 50-50 so there will be far more United fans there than the allocation away teams get for Premier League games, but Spurs will still have the familiarity you get from playing at the same place all the time - and it is a definite advantage.

Mourinho in particular will have a plan to keep Tottenham quiet, especially because of what happened when they met at Wembley in the league, which was a lesson of what not to do against Spurs.

Will Jose Mourinho add to the two trophies he won last season, or will "home" advantage help Tottenham ensure they move to their new stadium with the FA Cup proudly on display?

"And then, of course, it's not because you're going to provide players to play Champions League or Europa League, you are going to attract them or not".

TEAM NEWS: West Brom will have Jonny Evans and Hal Robson-Kanu back from injury, but Daniel Sturridge won't feature against his parent club.
