Rafa Benitez urges Newcastle United to sign Kenedy from Chelsea

Despite the highly-rated Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang being available to play, the 27-year-old England global may be the first name on Arsene Wenger's team sheet to take on the Magpies. The key is to get 40 points and then to think about the future. Understandably, Arsene Wenger will want to focus most of his energy on that competition, but such a long trip will see them arrive back home tired and with next to no time to prepare for their travels to the North East.

I am going to go for a draw but it is hard to predict a result for this one because I have no idea what sort of team Arsene Wenger will put out after Thursday's trip to Moscow.

Meanwhile, the Gunners are in good form after advancing to the semi-finals of the Europa League and are now within touching distance of struggling Chelsea in fifth position. He's made a flying start in the Premier League with six goals in seven games and is available at [2.0] to add to his tally.

Arsenal, too, are in a rich vein of form. Only against Man City (12, 2009-2015) have they had a longer losing streak in top-flight history. Nine of their 26 wins against the Magpies in the division have been by a single goal, including the last three.

Three straight wins have seen Newcastle rocket up the Premier League table to tenth place and effectively secure their top flight status.

Newcastle have won 19 points in 2018, a total bettered only by the top four (prior to the latest round of matches).

The Gunners travel north to face the Magpies at St James' Park after knocking CSKA Moscow out of the Europa League in Russian Federation on Thursday, but Benitez has hinted that the London club have a big enough squad to cope with the demands of different competitions. The only manager to have seen his teams concede more in the division is Harry Redknapp (846).

"They will suffer, but still they have so much quality that in the last minutes, they can score a winning goal, so we have to approach the game in the same way that we did against Manchester United, against Southampton or the last games, the mentality of the team, the intensity of the game, but from the first minute until the last minute".

Probability of away win: 45%.
