What Should Pence Do at the Summit of the Americas?

He also commented that it is a paradox that the central issue of the Summit is "Democratic governability in face of corruption", because the hosting nation recently lived the resignation of its then President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, due to a scandal of this type.
