Leaked Photos of the Google Pixel 3 XL?

A fresh leak purports to show the upcoming Google Pixel 3 XL smartphone that could lure iPhone owners away from their next upgrade come September.

The latest look at the alleged Pixel 2 XL comes from dr.guru, no affiliation here, of XDA-Developer forums, who claims to have gotten a first-hand look at what Google has to offer.

The images are courtesy of XDA member, dr.guru, and they also show the front of the phone which confirms the presence of a rather large notch as well as a pair of front-facing speakers. According to Android Police, the accessory will utilize the glass near the top of the phone's backside and will let you use Google Assistant to ask questions and perform actions while the phone is locked on the Pixel Stand.

The phone, however, doesn't boot up, as Google has wiped it remotely.

Today we're looking a bit closer at the Google Pixel 3 as it's leaked in surprisingly full fashion weeks before release. Several leaks on the internet have already given us a fair idea of how the Pixel 3 could look like. On the screen above you can see that the device boasts 4GB of Samsung LPDDR4X, and 64GB of Samsung UFS storage built-in.

Reference to the Pixel Stand has been found deep in the code for a new version of the Google app, so as rumors go, this one is fairly plausible.

Earlier reports did say that the Pixel 3 phones will sport a glass sandwich design to support wireless charging. Just like with the leaked images of the black Pixel 3 XL, it appears as though the back of the handset is made out of glass and the lower two-thirds of the design is covered in a plastic-like material to provide grip.
