John Wall fined for yelling profanities at coach Scott Brooks

Story filed to ESPN: The Wizards fined All-Star John Wall for unloading a verbal barrage onto coach Scott Brooks in a recent practice. That came just days after a blow up in practice where Beal yelled at Grunfeld and Wall told coach Scott Brooks "f*** you."

Enter Wall. The former Kentucky point guard can team up with fellow United Kingdom products Davis, Julius Randle, and Darius Miller.

The Wizards more than likely will not part way with either, but if they get an offer they can not refuse, the Wizards' front office will more than likely send one or both on their way.

The issue highlights the disconnect within Washington as they are now underachieving this season with a 5-11 record so far.

Previously, the Wizards reportedly had resisted including Wall or Beal in trade discussions for either Kawhi Leonard or Jimmy Butler. And if Beal were to somehow join a stellar team in the Sixers with their new Big Three, it would only increase their chances of finishing on top of the Eastern Conference when the time comes down the road. Washington is 5-11, and underachieving this season.

Washington has made the playoffs in four of the last five seasons. His twenty-plus points a game would be a great addition to a team looking to take the next step in their growth.

The Wizards do have some intriguing players, specifically Wall and Beal, but tearing apart this roster may not be an easy task. Wall is under contract through 2021-22 and Beal's deal expires the year prior. He has an upcoming contract extension that kicks in following this season.

Montrezl Harrell had 25 points and 11 rebounds, Lou Williams added 16 points and a season-high 11 assists, and the Clippers rallied past the Atlanta Hawks 127-119 on Monday night for their fifth straight win. Wall is a guy, when focused, who can lift up the entire team with his jet speed and his energy on the court.
