Royal brothers and wives to spend Christmas with the Queen

Royal brothers and wives to spend Christmas with the Queen

There were reports that William and Kate would spend Christmas with the Middleton family while Harry and Meghan would join the Queen and the rest of the royal family at Sandringham. She only worked for Markle for six months.

Guests described the event as "one of the best" as they left afterwards, citing Meghan's reading and a speech from Harry among the highlights.

Throw on top of that the constant media spotlight on her family, as well as rumours of a "rift" between her and Kate, which saw the palace respond with a statement this week.

They will move from their Kensington Palace home, next to Kate and Wills, to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Castle estate. Before betting was stopped, the odds of Markle giving birth to twins reached a high of 5 to 1.

A royal aide told The Mail on Sunday: "It escalated rapidly after Meghan complained to Harry that she had been 'told off.'" This, reportedly, then resulted in a fight between William and Harry.

They will reportedly use the hall as their base, and travel two miles to Sandringham for Christmas lunch with the Queen.

Meghan managed to escape the paparazzi on Monday night, when she attended Mrs Obama's book discussion at London's Southbank Centre. Here is a quick and easily digestible summary of what is actually going down at Kensington Palace.

The Mirror insider said of Toubati, "Her job was highly pressurized and in the end it became too much".

It comes amid speculation about where the two royal brothers would celebrate the festive season following rumours of a strained relationship between Meghan and Kate.

"Like me, Meghan probably never dreamt that she'd have a life like this", Mrs Obama told Good Housekeeping magazine.

A recent surplus of negative stories about Meghan Markle have some wondering whether she is the victim of a smear campaign.

"There are times when they say, 'Can you do this, or that?' And I can't quite".

"This never happened", a Kensington Palace spokesman said of the supposed wedding confrontation, according to People.
