Russian scientists unveil plan to colonize the moon

Almost 50 years after Neil Armstrong became the first human to step onto the surface of the Moon, President Trump signed a mandate to send US astronauts back to the mysterious orb.

After safely landing on Mars following its almost seven month journey, Nasa has released the first pictures taken by its InSight spacecraft, which has opened it solar arrays to charge batteries. Draper will manage the team and oversee the payload, flight computer, and navigation system for their lander, to be called Artemis-7.

Deep Space Systems: A Colorado-based company focused on systems engineering for supporting the design, development, integration, testing, and operations of science and exploration spacecraft. It is still unknown what instruments or experiments will fly on the first CLPS missions.

'Using these services, the agency will accelerate a robotic return to Moon, with upcoming missions targeted for two to three years earlier than previously planned, ' NASA has previously said. Astrobotic has steadily developed our lunar delivery service with a methodical, technically sound lander program validated by world-class company partners like ULA, Dynetics, and Airbus DS.

'We're developing technology for when its time to begin to learn to walk on the moon again, ' he said.

Sending American astronauts into space aboard SpaceX hardware is another, and it appears NASA is going to be a lot more strict about how SpaceX and its CEO behave now that the company is in the midst of building vehicles to carry crew.

Draper is a not-for-profit which was involved with the Apollo Moon landings.

NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine himself ordered the upcoming safety review of SpaceX and Boeing, which was reportedly prompted by Elon Musk's behavior on comedian Joe Rogan's podcast this past September, according to The Atlantic.

With Peregrine's robust delivery capacity, the lunar surface is open to NASA and the commercial market for resource prospecting, planetary science investigations, technology maturation, and other activities. Rather, they likened the effort to high-risk, high-reward bets by venture capital investors.

"We've had a number of conversations", said Bridenstein.

Still, Earth's only natural satellite is being explored by other nations; China's Chang'e 4 and 5 missions, which would deliver a rover to the Moon, and return rock samples from the surface, is slated to launch next year.

Apparently, NASA, back in 2014, awarded a $6.8 billion contract jointly to Boeing and SpaceX to develop launch system that would transport the NASA astronauts to and from the International Space Station.
