Twitterstorm as Floyd Mayweather Floors Kickboxer Half His Weight in 2 Minutes

Floyd Mayweather returned to the boxing ring on Monday for RIZIN's New Year's Eve show in an exhibition bout against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa.

20 year old Tenshin got stopped in the very first round of today's three round exhibition under boxing rules with Floyd Mayweather but he can hold his head held high really.

Floyd Mayweather forcefully sent Tenshin Nasukawa, who is less than half as young as him, to the floor three times in the first round of the contest before his Japanese rival's coach had to intervene to halt the fight. I'm still retired and I don't look forward to coming back to boxing. They wanted this to happen over here in Japan, so I said why not. Last year, he knocked out mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor in the 10th round of a super-hyped boxing match.

Despite agreeing to the bout, Mayweather said he was "still retired".

Tenshin Nasukawa has an impressive combat sports record of 32-0.

But Nasukawa never landed a meaningful punch.

Mayweather utterly destroyed kickboxing sensation Nasukawa with three knockdowns inside one round.

The opening round starts off with Nasukawa circling towards the left jab of Mayweather, who had a enormous smile on his face and was slowly walking Nasukawa down. Nasukawa's corner throws in the towel before he can take any more damage.

Showtime Pay-Per-View will air their 12-round, 147-pound title bout as the main event of a four-fight broadcast from MGM Grand Garden Arena. "I'm still undefeated. This was just entertainment for the people". Hamasaki, whose record improves to 17-2, has previously fought for Invicta FC, where she was the company's atomweight champion from 2015 to 2016.
