'Another bend in the Road yet not the End of the Road, ' she wrote.

At the time, their family attorney Andrew Brettler said that while the family was staying strong, the surgery was 'serious'. "But my faith in God and the love of my family is helping me through".

"Please say your prayers for Beth right now", Dog tweeted.

That's exactly what Dog has also asked for.

In 2017, the couple used their Facebook account to announce she had been diagnosed with State 2 throat cancer, CNN is reporting.

Her cancer battle was documented in the A&E special Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives. I can say she's getting good care. She had another surgery in November to remove a tumor in her throat. Many people responded saying it was Dog's way of coping, and that he didn't want people to see him so upset so he mowed the lawn to distract himself from Beth's illness.
