It Chapter 2's Final Trailer Brings Back Pennywise To Terrorize The Losers

Pictures on YouTube, premiered a day early at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) Wednesday night, freaking out attendees in the audience, CNET reported.

Pennywise will be returning to theatres this September for It: Chapter 2.

Directed by Andy Muschietti and written by Gary Dauberman, It Chapter Two stars James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, Jay Ryan, James Ransome, Andy Bean, and Bill Skarsgård as Pennywise.

In a particularly haunting scene, James McAvoy's character Bill Denbrough is shown following a child into a creepy funhouse and is promptly confronted by a stalking Pennywise who then drags his disgusting tongue across the maze's glass before attempting to break it and capture the child. "No one who dies here ever really dies".

The first "It" film grossed $700 million worldwide, prompting Warner announce a sequel just a week later.

The trailer focuses on the gang filtering through childhood memories, trying to figure out how to once and for all defeat Pennywise.

Building off the box office success of It Chapter One - this 2017 reboot of the classic 1990 miniseries grossed over $700 million United States dollars on a budget of $35 million USD - the gore-filled sequel promises way more chills than its predecessor.

Little did he know that the physical affect of working on It Chapter Two would stick around long after the principal photography wrapped.
